Puppy Love!

All of you who know our Daughter, Savannah, Know how huch she loves dogs and Puppies. Well, we put on the Westminster dog show for her to watch and she just loved it. She brought her little stool over to the t.v. so she could be the same height as it so she could kiss each one of the puppies that came on the screen. She must have her moms love of animals.

mariska alwas stand RIGHT up against the screen too! her kissing all the puppies is so cute! We really want to get one, Brent more then me though... I'd love one once all our kids are walking and potty trained though! We found one online yesterday that was a jack russell, basset hound mix... it was the cutest, wierdest looking dog ever! We want a mix like that... a very lazy dog mixed with a fun one, we it'll be just right "energy wise"...

Sweet! I wish I could figure out a way for Nathan Jr. to quit changing the channels if I had the T.V. within his reach.

Do you have a button blocker or something? Or does your sweet little girl behave herself & "Not Press the Buttons!" Rrrrgh! Nate Jr. would drive me nutz! I love him for being so cute & curious though.

Are you going to get a puppy for sure then?

Savannah Usually has to sit in time out before she stops pressing buttons on the t.v. or remote. Its a daily thing.once i put her in time-out she's usually good for the rest of the day.

And we had two beagle sisters. Peanut was younger, still a pup, but she kept jumping in the bassinette on Savannah to play. So we had to get rid of her first. when Savannah was around Six weeeks. I still regret it but I couldnt have her hurting my brand new baby. Bella we had a lot longer. She was almost a year older than peanut, and was alot calmer around Savannah. We just recently gave her to D.j's best friends family. We couldnt have animals in our place were renting. Yea so were not gonna get another dog until were in a actual home. Soon I hope. Funny thing too. Everytime i see a stuffed dog I have to buy it for Savannah. she has over thirty now. I feel so bad for getting rid of her puppies.

I know I hate putting him in time out...I think he's too young to "get it" for now. We say "No" "No" & even tap his hand down & its like he thinks we're saying: "Sure go right ahead & do whatever you want." Haha. Maybe when he's a little older I hope??!!

Awww thats cute about the stuffed dogs. I didn't grow up with many pets. I just had some ducks when we had a huge yard living in Missouri. Nate Jr. does sleep with one stuffed dog at night though. ;)
